✿ A little note before you book ✿ I’m so happy you’re here ♡ Please take a moment to read through these little policies so we can keep your appointment calm, comfortable & running smoothly. 𖦹 Cancellations + Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows will be subjected to a 50% fee. 𖦹 Running Late If you’re running behind, just send me a message ♡ Arrivals over 10 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled. 𖦹 Coming Prepared Please arrive clean and ready for your service. For lash appointments, please come with clean lashes and no mascara or eye makeup. For waxing, please avoid oils or heavy lotions beforehand. 𖦹 Guests To keep the studio peaceful and comfortable, please come to your appointment alone unless we’ve made arrangements beforehand. 𖦹 Your Comfort Comes First If you’re ever unsure about a service, have a question, or just need a little guidance, please reach out.
